So, any chance I could have the leader or spokesman of an evil cult show up this week to obtain a permit to perform a rite in the park next Wednesday? Successfully I mean.

And how does your evil cult envoy plan on behaving? I should probably warn you, as you may or may not recall, Screwtape is not friendly to anybody. He's not down with the world ending thing.

Thursday I think. The cult plans on behaving themselves unless someone tries to stop them. They are attempting to summon "The Destroyer" from the depths of hell. They won't destroy the world here in Milieux, this is only the place where they can best do the ritual.

If people try to stop them, they'll be able to drive the cult off, but not before the ritual plucks Connor out of hell. If no one does, once the cult sees their destroyer, they'll be all like "The hell? That's the destroyer? Yeah right!" and leave of their own accord, leaving Connor there. They were expecting something more like Cthulhu you see.

The spokesman will of course have no clue that Screwtape is a Demon, he just thinks he's coming to get permits to perform the rite from a normal person. Leaving out the fact that they plan on summoning a demon.

If Screwtape figures out what they plan, perhaps he'll be appeased if he knows that it's not the Earth he's from that they plan on unleashing the Destroyer upon. Now I need to cast the spokesman.
